You are kinda on the wrong forum for that my friend.

This place is for ECX. An addon to ESF that died by the way.

ESF 1.3 is not released yet. The last thing released was the Open Beta Final. But noone plays that cause it has to many bugs (not strange since its a public Beta test version though some people dont get that)
