1. Frieza and Metal Cooler: U need to have less than 15 HP left and then press Z
2. U can ONLY become Oozaaru by downloading Black Lotus' Big Pack

aren't you slightly of a lil bit mr. lukyas don't you need 10 hp or less and go to the metal cooler or 100% fireza special and you can't become oozaru as a player but you get to see him in the black lotus ssj4 trans but thats it

Yes U can become Oozaaru with big pack BECOUSE(!) there is SSJ4 and in RC2 STILL there is no SSJ4 feature ;)

You can not become an Ozaru. Its only part of the transformation sequence. He ment a playable version.

As for Frieza 100% and Metal Cooler. You need 10 HP or less, then select the special and charge it to full and you are transformed.
