DragonballZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3

I think the story mode sucks.
The rest i think is ok.

But the best story modes were in Budokai 1 (Cinematic Style) and in Budokai 2 (Board game style)
these 2 were my favorite gamemodes.
The others didnt really appeal to me.

There are a couple new modes.
Like "Sim Dragon" and that. New Tournament modes.
Tag Team for Duel. and stuff like that.
Most of the stages are now selectable in day, midday and night look.

the new things in BT3 are the more options for the players (characters,stages etc )
they have to do a completely new game to add something different and new (and let's hope that there will be more DBZ games but made by other companies the current one is thinking too...simple)

i agree with on everything except bt3 story mode i realy think it rocks (just lacks in cinematics) but i like the shin budokai 2 fighting system it was one of the firsts budokai games i played and i still like it :D

Yeah maybe you're right from Bt 3 Story mode i liked that you actually don't have to quit, so you can play all the complete saga in just one battle...
EDIT : Also i forgot something, i'll like to say that not too much ppl played Bt1 personally i liked that game it was a big change after Budokai 3...

i have it at home and i can say what they changed :

- map : u can have noon, night of evening, u have map of B2,B3

- gameplay : they changed so many combo and add them that i don't know all

- tournament : there a 5 at all

- mini game : sim dragon, mission, and if u have BT1, BT2 u can unlock old mini game

- duel : they put a DP game it suck u need to create a team with they destruction point

- Wii only : if u have the Wifi u can play online with other person

- Beam, special and combo : they changed ALL, beam are better, Special are like in the show, and special combo are so nice to do ;)

- my mark : 17/20 ( because they could add a little more caracter, map they could but alot more, i thing they should add alot more combo for the last game they will create, and story mode is way to hard, tournament suck : they open according to the time, Hercule is to strong :D )

It was then I saw how it really went in the wrong direction, cause Budokai 3 STILL kicks ass!

budokai gameplay sux ( I like only the sequences )

OMG, you're the only one in the world that don't like budokai 3.
Also i'm going to buy Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3, cause the other ones sucked so hard...
Example: Characters moved really slow, not too many ways to counter-attack the enemy, they give you life when you change of map...thats stupid, and finally when you're in the ougi attack if you missed a button you can simply press it many times and they'll accept that like you didn't missed nothing :|.

Nah Tenkaichi's are better..
you can roam freely in a city lmao..

and destroy alot buildings..

smash eachother at buildings..

and the powerup in T3 is nicely done. ;)

While i agree the eyecandy looks better in the tenkaichi ones. I must say overall gameplay sucks ass compared to bodukai 3.

the dragon race (or i don't remember the name) in budokai 3 is the greatest thing the in the whole budokai history that i can agree

but map are bigger in BT and they have more moved so it's not boring like the other's

Every game of the series had their up and downs.
They all should be mixed with the great stuff into one game.

B1 stuff:
+Great cinematics
+story mode

B2 stuff:
+Fusion failure
+knock out of landscape onto other part of the map.
+story mode :-)

b3 stuff:
+more chars and theire transformation
+story mode on some ways.

See how i mixed Story mode 3 times? cause i like them all 3.
So... Make budokai4 with B3 story mode to fly to your next enemy and then start b1 cinematic sequences.
Give the players Tenkaichi free roaming on maps with the knock out to other landscapes. etc...

too early morning tired to type more but you get the point maybe.

the story mod...is kinda off lame..they didn't stick to the show, and a few other crappy things...they should make it longer!
like DMC4 or god of war! long like those games...
other than that the game is pretty KOOL!

NOte:
its needs more charcters,the u need a partener to FUSE! wth...would've been better if u could fuse without having having a teamate...
BUT its best dbz game soo far to me!
DBZt4 soon coming out!
they also should have put GT characters like vegetaGT, can go ssj-ssj4, stuff like that!

simply gather all 7 Dragon ball and you have the choice of Porunga, Shenron of earth and red shenron but all 3 are Random
